"Canadian baby is coming"

I Am From CANADA

A friend of mine is new to Canada. Immigrated from the UK. She is expecting her first child, her first "CANADIAN" child due on or near Canada Day. After a lot of thinking, scribbling on paper, waking up in the middle of the night scribbling more on paper... VOILA. I thought of the PERFECT baby shower gift for her. You see, she repeatedly tells me how proud she is to have her child born in Canada. (I guess being a Canadian we take this for granted.) I went on what I call a car ralley scavenger hunt... which took me through two towns, finding the perfect baby items for my creation. Two weeks later... I was so HAPPY with what I had created. "Canadian diaper cake" It has Canadian infant clothing, socks, mug with coffee (for mom), and baby items to get her started.
